How long does delivery take?
Eligible U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days. We begin preparing your order immediately while any required certification is reviewed. Prompt verification helps us keep dispatch on schedule; carrier or destination conditions may affect the final delivery date.
Is U.S. shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders within the United States. Orders are shipped with tracking through FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and carrier availability.
Are the cylinders factory sealed?
Yes. Products are supplied factory sealed. Before dispatch, each order is checked for visible condition, valve protection and packaging integrity so it is prepared appropriately for tracked transport.
What qualifies for a return?
Returns are limited to products that arrive defective and require a safety examination. Contact us within 30 days of delivery before using or returning the item. If approved after review, refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally appear within 7–10 business days. Our Refund Policy contains the complete conditions.
When is certification verified?
Payment is processed first, and order preparation begins immediately. When certification is required, we contact you by email and review it in parallel to save time. A reminder is sent after 7 days, and the request remains open for 30 days from the order date. If verification is not completed within that period, the order is cancelled and fully refunded.
